Rawnet has been named one of this year’s UK’s Best Places to Work!

UK's Best Place to Work by Campaign Magazine 🥂

We are proud to announce that Rawnet has been named one of this year’s UK’s Best Places to Work by Campaign Magazine. This is a particularly motivating success following our position as finalist for The Drum’s Best Digital Transformation in 2021.

As an agency, we have always been proud of who we are. Over the years, we have built a strong team of passionate individuals, all of whom possess a positive, driven and resilient mindset. In order to advance this passion, we ensure that our team is continually inspired by their work environment.

Campaign’s scheme celebrates employers who know what it takes to make their employees love working with them. At Rawnet, we are delighted to know that our company culture is being recognised for what it is – an environment based on wellbeing, collaboration and learning. To have been listed alongside agencies such as Starcom, Croud and Brainlabs makes us extremely proud.

This award represents the next step for our dedicated agency and is a tribute to everyone at Rawnet who makes us one of the UK’s top 100 Best Places to Work.

Here is what our Head of Culture, Heather McKenzie, had to say on this achievement:

We have spent time focussing on our people strategies across the employment lifecycle to ensure we are providing the best possible employee experiences. By listening closely to our people and integrating their ideas and feedback into our people and culture strategies we have managed to create an authentic environment. We aim to ensure people remain happy, motivated and continue to grow with us.

It is amazing to be recognised for the work that we put into our people and look forward to further providing for our employees, making Rawnet an awesome place to work."
