We are excited to announce a significant leadership transition at Rawnet as our Managing Director Adam Smith steps back after two decades of unparalleled leadership. Sam Love and Gyles Marshall will take on the roles of Joint Managing Directors, bringing together their extensive experience and fresh perspectives to enhance our collaborative approach.

Adam has been a driving force behind Rawnet's growth and success, fostering a culture of inquisitive, hands-on, passionate people who provide the honesty and clarity clients need. His leadership has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a passion for the work that has inspired both our team and clients alike. So much so, Adam managed to incubate and spin-off two successful SaaS businesses during his ownership; Startle and ONE.
In recent months, Adam took the time to reflect on his extensive journey with Rawnet and recognised that the agency was ready for a new chapter after 21 years. He understood that introducing fresh energy and new perspectives would be essential for Rawnet to continue thriving in a competitive landscape. This realisation ultimately led him to the decision to step back, allowing the agency to embrace new leadership and innovative ideas that will drive its future success.

Sam Love has dedicated the last 12 years at Rawnet to delivering client service excellence, playing a key role in being the voice of the client within the agency. Her expertise lies in understanding client needs and translating them into effective digital solutions, whilst ensuring that Rawnet continues to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
