So, what was the problem?

Global Personals run and operate an online Dating site, Singles365.com

Rawnet were commissioned for the design and development of the site, but also for the online marketing and CPC (Cost Per Click) campaigns.

The competition for advertising a dating site is fierce. With hundreds of companies bidding for the same keyword, the campaign needs to be expertly executed to ensure the campaign remains profitable, generating the maximum revenue from minimum advertising spend.

How did we help?

For this to be successful, there were two main areas we needed to look into. Firstly, the site needed to be fine tuned to convert the maximum number of leads from visitors. This involved reviewing site usage statistics and making the necessary changes to funnel as many visitors as possible to the sign up process. The second stage was to monitor online spend and consistently review our bids on keywords so that we were spending as little as possible per click, generating more relevant visitors within the daily budget.

With 25% of visitors converting to members, we knew our maximum bid allowance for keywords in order to ensure profit for the website. Our campaign spanned across a vast selection of keywords and phases, and our analysis of scores of advertising text ensured we displayed the most successful adverts with the highest CTR (Click Through Rate).

As a result, Singles365 has quickly grown to be one of the largest independent dating sites in the UK.
