Rawnet Go Ape!

Go Ape is an award-winning high wire forest adventure course of rope bridges, Tarzan swings and zip slides. 

Go Ape recently approached us to see if we could improve their customer communication after a customer has been on one of their courses. Go Ape were keen to get feedback from as many people as possible, and use the information to improve customer service throughout the company.

We are now creating for them an automated Questionnaire system that emails all customers the day after their visit, collects a heap of information, and then convert this information into meaningful results for site managers and the Go Ape HQ. The system is due to launch in the next month, and will prove to be a valuable business information tool as well as giving the customers some added value via a personalised branded email.

This was more than a valid reason for us to have a morning away from the office and experience Go Ape for ourselves.        

It was so much more fun than we thought, zipping down wires, walking tight ropes and generally enjoying a rare opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors!
