Working from our new swish offices in Ascot High Street, the Account Manager is responsible for keep our clients happy. We have Project Managers for looking after clients during a live project, but good client service comes from ensuring the clients get attention all year round. And happy clients are profitable clients.
You will have the opportunity to make your mark on many of the agency's key Clients in multiple verticals of which you will be responsible for proactive growing our accounts and ramping up repeat business.

Personal Specification
A minimum of 2 years agency experience with at least 1 years' digital experience
Digital creative and strategic flair
A strong interest in digital technology, particularly app development
Excellence in creative and technical briefing, a natural ability to manage resources and an in-depth knowledge of the digital landscape and current market place
Client facing with excellent inter-personal skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Meticulous and well organised with a keen eye for detail
Ability to assess the potential for expanding a client relationship and up-sell services
Confident, friendly & authoritative
Motivated to help the business in hitting its targets and in doing so, develop your career.
Responsibilities
Working with your team to nurture and develop solid business relationships with your Clients through regular and pro-active contact
Regular engagement with your Clients.
Determination of how best your Clients' business objectives can be met will be a key part of your role
Clear and succinct briefing and management of all relevant parties (production, creative and account handling teams) within the Agency
Management of Client expectations, production process, turning ideas into reality, meeting deadlines and overseeing forecasting and administration of finances for your projects on the account
Liaising closely with the Directors and Project Management Team.
